Business Development & Developer Relations

Business Development involves identifying the customer & customer requirements, evaluating the competition, advising R&D and marketing departments, developing and giving seminars, presenting demos to the press and industry influencers, setting up educational programs at schools and institutions, and working intimately with key industry organizations or strategic accounts

The objectives for Developer Relations are threefold:

1. to convince 3rd-party developers to support a technology or a marketing program
2. to get them the resources that they need to implement support
3. to return their feedback to the technology company
